Are pets allowed?
We allow up to two pets per apartment. Some restrictions apply. A one-time pet deposit of $300 is required as well as a monthly fee of $40 per pet.
What appliances are included?
Each unit comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker, microwave, and washer/dryer.
What amenities do you offer?
Fitness center w/ free cable and wi-fi. The room is equipped with two treadmills, one elliptical, free weights, exercise mats and weight bench.
One zoom room / private office w/ free wi-fi located in the lobby for resident use.
Large package room.
5th floor furnished community room features kitchen area, free cable and wi-fi and is attached to our furnished rooftop patio which includes a gas grill for resident use.
Is storage available?
Yes, storage units are available for $30-$50 per month depending on size and location.
Is parking available?
Yes, interior garage parking is available for $150 per month. Vehicles requiring EV charging stations are $175 per month. Our interior garage space is secure and heated in the winter.
We use a fob system for all exterior doors and have a comprehensive camera system inside the building in our common areas.
Do you have air conditioning (AC)?
Yes, all units are equipped with air conditioning.
Do you have maintenance services?
Yes, we have a local maintenance team available 24/7.
Do all units have balconies?
Yes, every unit includes a balcony.
Do you offer short term leases?
We primarily offer 12-month leases, but on occasion short term sub-leases might be available. Please contact the office directly to inquire about availability.
